Physical fitness is extremely important for our health. Medical professionals say that youth should be getting 1-hour fitness per day and older people should be getting at least 30 minutes per day. But how is our spiritual health? To maintain good spiritual health, we need to be praying throughout the day and also reading the Bible every day. Psalm 119:103 tells us that Gods word (the Bible) should taste sweet to the mouth like honey. How is your spiritual health?
